My daughter has enough conscience to threaten me that I won’t see my grandchildren and won’t be able to babysit them anymore if I don’t urgently sell my apartment, look for a job when I retire, and so on. She’s been a blackmailer since she was a kid. It always has to be the way she decides and wants it. And I don’t agree.
I am no longer young, I am used to being at home, without work, I do not want to get a job anywhere again – my health is not the same. Personally, my pension is enough, I don’t take it from my children. We have a separate budget and different shelves in the fridge. I’m not planning to sell my apartment either. Now we live with the five of us – me, my daughter, my son-in-law and two grandchildren. We still somehow manage to fit into a three-room apartment, but if you sell it, you won’t get much, because the repairs are old, and the location is not so good. In return, at best, we will buy one two-room apartment, but not two apartments, so what’s the point?
I understand that my daughter wants a separate home, so let them and my son-in-law save up, and not threaten me with grandchildren.
– I will take away, and you will never see them again! – My daughter scares me.
And I’m not afraid. Their children are not sugar. They were spoiled, they jump on their heads, they have no respect for their elders, and they are just as extortionate as their parents. I’d be glad if I didn’t see them in my house.
My daughter swears and promises to move out, but somehow weeks go by and nothing moves. I suspect they themselves do not have the ability to move, and he and his son-in-law are trying every way to talk me into selling. Since words don’t work, they went on the offensive.
