Due to the fact that I don’t have a man, subject to severe crisis almost all the time. Here I sat and cried the other day. What do you think it’s about?
Autumn, I’m waiting for the first snow to fall, and spring, I’m waiting for the ice to come off all the roads, I’m plagued with severe anxiety over not having a man in my life. Just a little longer and I will be going through the hardest phase of my existence. I feel difficulty, pain, and probably resentment. And it’s all because a tire needs to be changed during this period!
I will have to get new wheels that reside in the basement, go to the service, and there is a line, as always, I worry that the work will be substandard (I once had a car tire torn off after such a job). And every time I get a check for more than we agreed upon at first.
And this season will be the same. My hands are shaking as I type. I’m literally swallowing tears, I’m hurt. Last week I finally got over myself and took those wheels that live in the basement and got in the car with them. How much do they weigh, after all? Two of my sets already come with rims. Which indicates that the wheels are even heavier.
I stopped by the service shop near the office. I requested a service to remove the old rubber and install the new, balance and clean the tires. There is a nearby service, but for some technical reasons it wasn’t working that day. I asked to make an appointment for Thursday for seven hundred rubles.
I also called other services and inquired about the price and their services. But they were more expensive and they couldn’t wash my tires. That’s why I settled on the “cheaper” option.
I got there in time for lunch, as we had agreed. However, I stood there for over an hour, waiting for my turn. In the end I waited, they installed everything, but the price was slightly too high (they took 750)! I asked why. In response, the employee asked: “Are you from Discountcom?”, I said I’m not from there, but I signed up here on Monday. And he answered me – 1500 then.
Naturally, my eyes popped out where they could. I told him that on Monday we agreed on seven hundred rubles only. The employee called me a liar, and said he must have thought I was a discount, otherwise he wouldn’t have given me that price. In the end, he had to take me as much as that discount, but I would have to buy a coupon for forty rubles. I ended up paying almost 800.
My blood pressure had already skyrocketed, I decided not to get on my nerves like that because of a hundred rubles. I gave the money back. I approached the car. There was a winter tire on it. And the summer one is loaded carefully. They never washed anything! I have a hypertensive crisis, so I just get in the car and take the tire to work. There they let me leave them in storage for a while.
Now I’m waiting for a kind man to help me load and unload the tires. I’m still reeling from the last trip… It’s not good to live alone, especially with a car!
I wrote it all down, it’s easier now. But the tire is still dirty inside… Should I get a man?
