Robert and Monica have been friends since kindergarten. They live next door, so parents decided to take their children to the same school and to the same grade. They asked the teacher to put them at the desk together. After all, there are a lot of children in the class, especially boys, so Robert would protect Monica if someone hurt her. The children were happy to go to school, education was easy for both of them.
When they moved on to third grade, Monica’s mother noticed that the girl was not behaving as usual. She was afraid all the time and didn’t want to go to school. One day she asked her mother to transfer her to another school. Such a request surprised the woman, and she called Robert’s mother. Things weren’t going well there either.
Robert, just like Monica, is asking to be transferred to another school. Today after class Robert’s mom noticed her son had bruises on his body. They decided to visit the school together to find out what is going on there with their children.
Their teacher began to assure them that everything was fine at school, maybe outside the school the children had a fight with someone. At that time, a crowd of children burst into the classroom, screaming. The mothers looked around and noticed that the boys were pulling on Robert’s clothes and, a little further away, Monica’s.
The mothers rushed to defend their children from the blows, but no one listened. The teacher also tried to calm the children down. One of the girls ran to the school principal. And only then everyone calmed down.
Robert and Monica’s mothers said they would not leave the situation like that. They want to call the parents of the hooligans to school or go to the police to write a complaint about the beating of the children. The director calmed the women down, and assured them that tomorrow he would invite the parents of the children to school and they would also be present.
The director led the women to the exit and told them that they were children of rich parents. They do not listen to anyone, they interrupt the teacher at the lessons, they bully the children. Their parents were invited more than once, but it doesn’t help, because the parents are not much more educated than their children.
The next day, the mothers came to school at the appointed time. The parents of the bullies were already there. The teacher correctly warned about the parents. They were yelling, defending their kids, but not listening to what they were being told. They treated the teacher rudely. Only the principal could calm them down, but not for long.
No decisions were made, because the capricious parents left the classroom, telling them not to be disturbed by trifles. The principal was blowing up his hands, saying, “What can you do? The parents of these bullies helped repair the school, so he could not offer to take away their children’s documents.
At home the children told him that those boys humiliate everyone in the class. If any boy hesitated and walked alone in the corridor, he would be caught and beaten by the hooligans. Robert and Mоnika were beaten because they walk together and the bullies don’t like it. Mothers transferred their children to another school. The principal quit her job, she couldn’t work with such uneducated children and their parents.
