Each of us wants to feel a strong personality, and some weaknesses in behavior or character we condescendingly do not notice, writing them off on the “objective” reasons. But how do we approach this question objectively and evaluate ourselves, as if from the outside? Probably everyone, at least once, has thought about it, and not always found the answer. Let’s think together about what signs can tell you that you are really confident in yourself, you can insist on your own, you have your own opinion regardless of the opinion of others, including superiors, ready to lend a helping hand to those who are weaker than you.
1. You are quite reserved. Not all acquaintances are allowed to be familiar with you, they subconsciously feel your aloofness and invisible barrier in communication with you.
2. Self-sufficiency. You’re not looking for ways to make new acquaintances, you just talk to yourself, sit alone, watching the bustle around you. You evaluate your own actions, not interested in the opinion of others, and do not strive for publicity.
3. You do not wait for approval of your actions from anybody, you make your own decisions and are responsible for them.
4. You can not tolerate “do nothing” and outright laziness. You just cross them off your friends list.
5. You never “wash your bones” and do not rummage through their “dirty laundry. Gossiping, judging the flaws of others is not in your life, you don’t waste your precious time on it.
6. You don’t interrupt people halfway through a conversation. Your colleagues and friends know that you always listen and give advice, not paying attention to the emotions that caused the revelation of the interlocutor.
7. You do not accept other people’s excuses and explanations for unfulfilled obligations. Taking responsibility for your words is much more important for you than finding reasons to walk away from it.
8. You have fears and phobias, but you know how to manage them, you know what can negatively affect you, and you skillfully avoid such influences.
