Puppy is touched by a painted portrait of his recently deceased baby brother

His little brother has gone to doggie heaven, but his memory lives on in the hearts of those who loved him. Smiff and Frank are doggie brothers from Cwmbran in Wales, who spent their entire lives sharing hundreds of adventures, the care and love of their mom Libby Davey. They were an inseparable duo, until just over a month ago when one of them passed away, leaving a void in their faithful four-legged companion.

Frank’s days without his brother, Smiff, began to be quite difficult and although his mother encouraged him to play and take relaxing walks, his mood was not strong enough for any activity.

In Frank’s head, there were only memories of how nice his life had been with his brother Smiff and he sadly remembered him doing his daily activities. It was not much that his human mother could do for him, it was a process of acceptance that the little dog had to go through on his own, however, the woman wanted to do something special so that no one would ever forget him. Thinking of always remembering that exceptional furry son as Smiff was, Libby Davey decided to have a portrait of the puppy made to put in her house, however, she did not even think what that article would cause in her other puppy, Frank.

The portrait was sent to an artist named Tina Muir, who put all her professionalism into painting a beautiful replica of Smiff’s photograph. When the artwork arrived at Libby’s home, the woman immediately hung it on a main wall and as soon as the little dog saw it, he didn’t hesitate to express his feelings of sadness at not having his four-legged brother.

Seeing Frank’s interest in the new portrait, the woman decided to shoot a video. Initially the little dog sobbed a little at being able to “see” his brother again, but after a few seconds, he sniffed the image and wagged his tail happily knowing that although Smiff would not be present in body, he would be in their hearts and memories.
