Zeus is a very muscular and internet famous pitbull with more than 1.5 million followers. The dog, who lives in São José do Rio Preto, a city in the state of São Paulo, has been showing off one of his best friends, a tortoise named Joana, on social media. A video of the two was shared on TikTok on February 15.
“Animals are examples of life, there’s no prejudice – they just love it!” the video describes.
The friends’ favorite pastime is napping together, in the scenes that last 37 seconds, the two appear lying side by side and even close together, while Joana rests on Zeus’ head, who remains calm enjoying the reptile’s company. In addition to the tortoise, the pit bull is also a friend and brother to a dog of the same breed named Zoe and also to birds such as cockatoos.
The siblings went viral on the web each one with its own peculiarity, Zeus was eating a coxinha and Zoe wasting cute looks… The video of Zeus with Joana got more than 180 000 views, 32 500 likes and 1042 comments.
