Castellanos was at the party venue, enjoying some music and good times with family and friends when he noticed something unusual outside. Upon investigating further, Castellanos found that a man had fallen off the roof of a building adjacent to the one hosting his party! Without any hesitation whatsoever, Castellanos ran out to help him; administering CPR until emergency responders arrived on scene.
It is reported that due to Gabriel’s quick actions, the man survived. His heroism has since been praised by many – including local authorities who awarded him with an official commendation for his lifesaving efforts.
The story of Gabe and the dog quickly went viral, with many people praising him for his heroism.
The relieved dog gratefully licked the man’s face, and then sat by his side as he got dressed. The Good Samaritan who had just risked his life to save her was none other than Gabe Miller – a homeless man who lives on the streets of Fresno, California.
When this heroic man saw a dog stranded in the middle of a river, he did not hesitate to swim out and rescue her.
