I accidentally found a deed to an apartment. Now my husband and I are suing

Our family lived well, everything was fine. My husband had an apartment that he got from his grandmother. Adam and I planned for our oldest daughter to live there. I cherished dreams of improving Alina’s life, until one wonderful day I found… a deed of gift for the apartment in the glove compartment of my car.

The date on the document was a year old. The apartment had been given to her lover. It was as if they were in cahoots. Egor told me that he rented out his grandmother’s apartment. I had stopped by on the rent a few times, and now I was guessing that the money in our family budget came from there.

His mistress is nothing. I can’t figure out what attracted Adam to her. Also with a child. He didn’t want to provide a place for his daughter, even though he raised her since she was 5 years old, but for a left-handed woman with a child it was easy. I was angry, but I pulled myself together and did not immediately start a scandal.

I decided to talk to my mother-in-law. Imagine my surprise when I heard that she knew everything, and that the baby was my husband’s. I understood that my two children were not his own, but he had raised them since they were children.

All day long I was nervous. I got behind the wheel, but I couldn’t control the car because of the stress and crashed into some woman. She was driving in the middle of the road like there was no one else, so I hit her. At home, my husband started yelling at me that I was in over my head and that I was driving without insurance. I had it, just lying in my car.

And I could not stand it – and reminded him of the apartment, and his mistress. You know what he told me? That it was none of my business and none of my business. He also said:
– I’m tired of humping for you and your kids.

Since when did the children he was raising become just mine to him? I also work and provide for our family.

My husband packed up and left for his mistress. In court for divorce, he demanded half of the apartment he bought during the marriage. After all, if we sell it and divide the money, the only thing we can buy is a studio apartment. He has no responsibility and no conscience at all.

What would you advise a woman to do?
