One day, the neglected Shiloh freed himself from his chains and ran away. As he roamed around the unfamiliar city streets, he was spotted by a kindly woman who called animal control. The poor dog had ticks all over his body and hunger in his eyes.
Thankfully, Shiloh was rescued in time and given to a loving home where he now enjoys long walks with his new family.
Now Shiloh is a happy and healthy dog, living in his new home with a loving family.
Shiloh has been vaccinated, treated for parasites and is now looking for a loving home where he will be able to receive the care he needs.
