My husband and I don’t have our own place. We have to rent a small apartment on the outskirts of town. What to do – in the closeness but not in offense, and the pockets are not so much hit, because the area is not a big and communal services do not have to pay a lot.
We have friends, a married couple. They live at the other end of the country, but decided to make a tour of the country, just to visit us. I immediately told them that they would not be able to spend the night with us – there was no room. They sort of agreed.
I prepared for their arrival – cooked, bought alcohol. In general, we had a great time and sat together. All the more so, as we had not seen each other for a long time.
Anyway, it had already come to night, and my friends still wouldn’t leave. I guess they were hoping to the last that we would take them for the night. But where? There wasn’t even room to sleep on the floor. And the four of them in a small room.
Well, together we found them a cheap hotel and took them there. I don’t know if they’re offended or not. But personally, I think that when you go to visit someone, it’s better to rent a place for yourself and not to disturb anyone. Isn’t it?
