Did a DNA test and regretted it

I had to get married since we found out we were expecting a new addition. After the wedding I brought my wife to my parents’ house. Living separately was not an option for us at the time. That’s how I became a daddy to an incredible baby boy. Soon we decided to take out a mortgage to start an independent life.

After a while my wife announced that she was pregnant again. So we had Princess Anna. The children were growing by leaps and bounds. With each passing year I began to notice more and more often that they were not like me at all. Even our characters were completely different. By the way, neither son nor daughter looked like my wife. Redheaded and freckled – where did that come from in our family?

The idea of doing a paternity test occurred to me. Yeah, it might not be a good idea, but it was the only option I had. I wanted to make sure I was raising my children.

I took the test. I had to wait two weeks for the results. As soon as they called, I immediately rushed to the lab. Thank God I was their blood father. I came home. I hid the documents so my wife wouldn’t find them. But why didn’t I throw them away right away? Soon I paid the price for my stupidity!

A few days later my wife rubbed these documents in my face. She made such a scandal that the whole house was on its ears. Of course I understand her, but it could have been solved in a calmer way. She could not forgive me, and now I am a bachelor. It has been five years since that incident, but my wife does not even let me see my children.

That’s how simple curiosity stole the most precious thing from me – my family. I hope that one day my wife will be able to forgive me…
