Mark was in his early forties. A successful engineer, divorced, had a teenage daughter. Lived a fairly ordinary life, just like ordinary people. What more could he want! And there was a desire! There was a desire to find a woman with whom he could spend day and night in peace and comfort.
To say Mark had big demands, absolutely not. Some were looking for “daddies”, others were just looking for a man to chat and at least improve their self-esteem a little bit. He was already thinking about giving up on the idea of finding a woman through a dating site. Suddenly he got a notification on his phone – a girl named Emma texted Mark. They started communicating and realized that they were quite suitable for each other. At any rate Mark was absolutely sure that Emma was exactly what he needed. They decided to meet.
From the closet Mark pulled out his old but still in good condition jacket, put on a shirt and pants, sprayed a little perfume on his neck, and went to meet the mysterious stranger. For some reason he decided not to buy flowers – and why?! If it’s love, he’ll take it that way.

Such a statement didn’t surprise Mark; he himself was aware of the flaws in his appearance, but just didn’t want to work on them. He sincerely believed that there would be someone who would not care about all of this.
It is worth noting that success in life comes only with effort. If you are a long time can not change something in life, then there is a reason – so you try not enough, or do absolutely nothing. Water won’t flow under a rock like they say. It’s the same here.
