Victoria has lived with her parents all her conscious life and is pretty tired of it. Her mother got up too early, her father came home too late, and the older she got, the more often she fought with her parents over nothing, and one of the fights pushed her to the idea that it was time to move out.
Immediately after her graduation, her daughter discussed the matter with her parents, and they eagerly supported her daughter’s idea of moving out. They had a little hope for a rented apartment, but Victoria
said it was better to buy her own apartment, even if it was badly renovated. Her parents prepared all their savings, Victoria hers, plus took some from her uncle – my dad’s brother – and a loan.
Victoria was initially looking at cheaper apartments, and unintentionally stumbled upon a treasure. So much money could be saved due to the fact that the house is relatively old and the apartment is not renovated. It came out so cheap that a third of the loan could be paid back right away. My parents were busy with work, and Victoria was happy to solve these problems herself, so she looked around the apartment by herself. She made up her mind to take the apartment, signed the contract, and her father helped her to pay the rent.
It was the middle of summer, and Victoria moved into her apartment in early fall. At first everything was fine, the daughter said every day on the phone that she liked everything, and she did not really want to let her parents visit. Only closer to winter they got to her apartment, and, to put it mildly, were left in shock.
– Victoria, but there are holes in the wall! How to winter here can? And what is this, a fungus? It’s not wallpaper, it’s all mold. Baby, you’re breathing it…
The parents immediately took their daughter home, not allowing her to spend another day there. Now they are all sitting together, thinking about what to do with the apartment and how to sell it, because repairing all this will cost a lot of money.
