As you get older, you’re too lazy to wash… That’s a story I hear quite often.
Indeed, with age it is very difficult to do many things. Lazy to get up in the morning from bed, lazy to brush your teeth once more, to cook yourself a normal breakfast. Lazy to do laundry too. We are lazy about everything. We are not very hardworking people.
But, there are some norms and rules that we have to follow, whether we want to or not. And we have no right not to wash, brush our teeth, wash our faces, or tidy our clothes. Why? Because we live in society according to its laws.
Yes, let the clothes may not be the newest. The main thing is that they should be clean and there should be no smell of sweat, or no signs that the jacket hasn’t been taken off for two weeks.
Hair can be gray, as unnecessarily spend money from retirement on dye is not desirable. But, for a cheap shampoo is sure to be enough. So, you can and should wash your hair. The same goes for the face. Makeup is not appropriate with age, but cleanliness on the face should be.
On hands – moisturizing cream, under the arms – the most inexpensive deodorant, in shoes – soda, to absorb the smell. If your body smells, you can also treat it with baking soda.
If you look at it this way, it’s simple. We like to be lazy, and justify our bad smell, our stench (both physical and moral) with the fact that we are old, that we are pensioners, or that we have no money. But, it doesn’t take much money to be clean.
So, no matter what age you are, you need to stay human and clean up. My personal opinion.
