Woody is a pit bull canine who had a fight with another dog when he was a puppy. As a result, he suffered a severe blow to his skull and was left with a sequel for the rest of his life. But luckily, some neighbors were able to realize in time the terrible situation the little dog was going through. They immediately contacted an organization called “Rescate y Rehabilitación de Animales con Necesidades Especiales” (Rescue and Rehabilitation of Animals with Special Needs) so they could intervene.
Upon hearing about Woody’s case, the group of rescuers arrived on the scene and transported the puppy to the organization. That way, they were able to feed him, give him a good amount of water and give him lots of cuddles. In addition, they noticed that the dog was very sweet, despite all the hardships he had to live through. So much so that they stated that they felt feelings of joy just by looking at his little face. However, they also realized that the former owners had never been interested in teaching the puppy some basic rules. Therefore, his playful attitude prevented him from understanding that there were times when he needed to control himself.
As a consequence of this behavior, the rescuers gave him several classes in which they were able to teach him some fundamental rules for coexistence. In this way, the puppy was able to learn to be happy, but without exceeding the limits.
In view of this, at that moment the organization understood that the dog was ready to find a loving family and began to make all the necessary arrangements. Thus, Woody was able to find a home where they fill his heart with joy and take perfect care of him. This is because during the first few days he understood that his owner was suffering from a fever and settled next to her to make her feel better.
