We have all heard at some point the popular saying “A dog that barks doesn’t bite”, referring to the fact that those who talk the most are those who do the least. However, this time it’s the turn of a little dog to live up to the saying.
A TikTok user named @Balagodar uploaded a video titled “El perro que ladra y no muerde” in the video you can see a little dog that supposedly is a neighbor of the tiktok user, although he speaks to him with affection saying “calm down kid”, the little dog does not look very happy.
This one looks very angry, the doggy gives the warning with growls and barks, but the user did not care and approached to the hall to caress him while he continued growling and barking very nervously.
The famous little dog that barks and does not bite is called Ramon and is already a celebrity on TikTok, the video had more than 1 million views and the comments were not long in coming:

“I love you very much doggy that barks and doesn’t bite” said someone else.
“I don’t know how you still have your hand hahahaha” commented a last one.

And that’s not all, some tiktok users commented to give him a kiss and the user was quick to upload a video doing so, proving that Ramon is the real dog that barks but doesn’t bite.
