They say that nothing in life happens for nothing. Yes, and fate brings people together not just like that either, but for a purpose.
That day I was looking for a car that would go to Peter and could take me too. After I found hitchhikers on one of the sites, I went to bed. And in the morning my friend and I drove to the meeting place.
When we arrived, we saw that my temporary neighbors on the road will be two guys of athletic build. Of course I was scared at the time, and so was my friend. But what to do – we had to go. My friend wrote down the make and number of the car, just in case, and I drove.
At first the guys seemed a little rude and insolent to me. After all, they said that I’d better entertain them by talking all the way, or keep quiet and sleep. I decided to talk – why not.
The driver was a guy named Brian, and he kept telling me all about his athletic accomplishments and how hard it was for him to find a girlfriend. He really wanted a serious relationship. He and his friend were just in the army.
I realized that Brian was attracted to me, because he almost immediately took my phone number, I gave it.
Upon arrival in Peter, I thanked them and went home. For about a week Brian wrote to me and called, all asking to go out for a walk. I didn’t want to, because he didn’t seem particularly pleasant to me. But then I agreed after a week – after all, what have I got to lose. We had a great time in a cafe and took a walk in the park.
Brian said that he lived with the guys, not enough female hands in the apartment. I thought – why not help. So that’s how I went to help, that I ended up becoming his wife after a month. We already have a daughter and we’re incredibly happy. They say the first opinion is deceptive – that’s how it turned out for me.
