The situation with the upper shelf is already pretty tired of both passengers and conductors, as such scandals necessarily occur in almost every flight.
Once I got into a conversation with a woman who told me a lot of interesting stories about constant scandals with pensioners and women with children. She also told me how she and all the conductors together went to ask to ban selling the top seats to these passengers. But the cashiers explained it to us:
– These people buy their tickets online. I only come to me if something goes wrong or the phone hangs up, and I sell what I have, because we have the same data with the passengers.
Sometimes there are very strange passengers who are outraged because tickets were cheaper five years ago. It is absolutely unclear how to solve such problems.
Pensioners and women with children are the most unpredictable passengers. They want it at a minimum price and in style. Practically even on the day of departure you can buy tickets for the train, only if the flight is in demand, you need to take care of buying a ticket in advance.
The cashiers told us about their problem:
– Sometimes moms with babies or older children, as well as pensioners, people with disabilities, or just free riders may say, let’s, as it is, and then we’ll deal. And what does it mean to sort it out? They will start to demand to swap with someone, for example, with some student who is tired and also dreams to rest. It’s a hundred percent scandal and screaming for the whole car.
Our passengers need to understand that no one has to trade places with them, because other people also want to rest and enjoy their trip. The dream of every passenger and conductor is to have special shelves in the car for problem passengers.
