After divorce, spouse poaches daughter with money

My daughter and I live on her biological father’s handouts. It is my ex-spouse’s fault that I can’t even get a job, since he does everything to ensure that I am not hired anywhere. Even if I am hired, then after a while they fire me without giving a reason, and I do not need to explain anything, I know everything myself.

All my troubles began when I filed for divorce. I was no longer able to tolerate this man around me. I wanted to leave without any arguments and scandals, but it was no use. My spouse was adamantly opposed to divorce, and therefore had to divorce through the courts.

After the divorce, I went to live with my little girl to her parents. While her mother was sitting with her granddaughter, I was looking for work. I actually had no work experience, because before that I had only worked as a cashier. I didn’t know how to do anything else. My ex-husband was the manager of a large retail chain and due to his connections he made sure that I was not hired anywhere.

I was not hired at any of the stores in our town, even if I was hired I was fired.

My ex-spouse smiled and said he had absolutely nothing to do with it. He attributed all of my layoffs to the fact that I was clueless and inept. My spouse pays us a penny alimony, even though his salary is more than decent. My mother and I can barely afford her pension and our alimony to pay for utilities, groceries, and necessities for our daughter.

Every time my spouse comes to visit my daughter, he starts humiliating me in her eyes. He tells her that her stupid mother left her husband, and now her daughter has to live in poverty, without normal toys and food, and he, daddy, does not feel sorry for his daughter.

Then he gives his daughter a large sum of money and leaves. At first I did not pay attention to it, but my daughter is just a child and she does not understand why Daddy has money and Mommy does not. Lately she has started asking to go live with her daddy: “Daddy is very kind and buys me everything, and you are greedy and mean, and that’s why I want to live with Daddy!”

I don’t even know how much longer I can take it, my nerves are already on edge. My mother supports me, as can and says that we will definitely cope, but I do not have such a firm confidence, as my ex-spouse morally suppresses me, because he knows very well, all my weaknesses. I can’t even imagine how I can go on living!
