When he was just a few weeks old, James Bean and his brothers and sisters were abandoned by their previous family in a park near Houston. Fortunately, some kind-hearted people found them and brought them to the local animal shelter. Luckily for Jamie Bean (which is what we renamed him), he was quickly adopted into his new home!
Finally, Bean was adopted by a family that loved him unconditionally and kept him until he passed away from old age in 2014. And the best part is that one of those times when James Bean was returned to the shelter, his future family just happened to be walking through and saw him there – meaning it’s truly love at first sight!
James Bean found a permanent home after a long wait and is now living happily with his new parents.
Every night, the father would come home from work and Bean would run to greet him at the door. The two of them would sit on the couch together and watch TV, with Bean cuddling up against his dad’s chest for warmth.
It’s so great to see James Bean thriving in his new home! We hope he continues to enjoy life surrounded by people and other furry friends who care for him.
