“This is mine”: a bear occupied a bird’s nest

In the video, as soon as the bird appears in its nest, trying to evict an uninvited guest, it is chased away by the bear. Probably because of this behavior on behalf of birds and their nests, black bears very often occupy them.

At first, the couple was very scared and ran away. But then they returned to see the bear again – this time closer. The baribal paid no attention to them, so they were able to take some pictures and even make a video of it.

Later, when the bears left the area, people discovered that they had destroyed six nests and eaten eggs from each.

Ken and Jean were excited to see the bear in the nest because they knew that it meant that he was a good father.

After spending a few minutes observing the baribal, Ken and his wife decided to leave it alone and let it feed in peace.
