It really is a miraculous story and goes to show how intelligent dolphins are!
Later, when she got back to the dock, Teressa and her friends were absolutely devastated after realizing that her phone was nowhere to be found. After a few minutes of hopeless searching, they sadly decided to call it quits and head back home.
On their way back, Teressa’s friend who had been holding her phone the whole time happened to mention something about recording video when the dolphins came up close. That’s when it hit Teressa like a ton of bricks – she still had her GoPro camera on! She quickly checked through all of the footage from that day and low-and-behold…there was HER PHONE floating in the water just behind one ofthe dolphins!!
Teressa could not believe what she was seeing; not only did filming with GoPro spare her phone from being lost forever, but also captured some amazing footageof swimming with wild dolphins up close!
John, a volunteer at RSPCA Southridge Animal Centre in Surrey, England was cleaning the animal shelter’s pond when he noticed something bobbing up and down on the surface. John thought it was just some debris but as he got closer, he could see that it was actually a little black kitten desperately trying to stay afloat.
Without wasting any time, John leapt into action and waded into the murky water to rescue the stranded kitten. He eventually managed to grab hold of her and pull her out of the water before carrying her back to dry land. The cold and frightened kitten didn’t put up much of a fight – she must have been terrified!
Once she had been warmed up with a few laps around hot water bottles, John checked her over for any injuries or signs of hypothermia. Thankfully, she seemed relatively unscathed; all she needed now was some food and TLC from his team at Southridge Animal Centre until she could be rehomed safely.
